Job Summary:

The IT Executive maintains and supports the organization’s IT infrastructure. The role ensures smooth day-to-day technology operations and supports digital security, updates, and hardware maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain hardware, software, and networks.
  • Resolve technical issues for staff (onsite and remote).
  • Install updates, manage backups, and oversee data security.
  • Support the integration of new systems or tools.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or IT.
  • 2–4 years of IT support experience.
  • Knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, and system administration.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
