Certificate Verification
For verifying the status of a certification please enter certificate number or client organization name.
Status of Certification
The status of certification may
be one of following:
Valid Certificate
A valid certificate status indicates that the Quality Management System of organization is in accordance with said criteria, applicable regulatory standards and DIQCS’s registration procedures.
Suspended Certificate
The status of certification is suspended in a period in which a client, determined out of conformance with DIQCS’s Management System Registration Program requirements, is given to take remedial action to correct what is considered by DIQCS as a major system breakdown
Withdrawn Certificate
The status of certification is said to be withdrawn when client’s registration is terminated. These clients will be prohibited from any further use certification status, certificate, DIQCS registered Mark and/or any reference to DIQCS.
Falsified Certificate
Falsified certificates are that of prepared or indicate that an organization is certified by DIQCS without knowledge to DIQCS.
