Process

The process begins with an initial enquiry from the client. DIQCS engages in a preliminary discussion to understand the nature of the business, certification goals and applicable standards.

The client submits a formal application along with relevant company and operational details. This includes scope of certification, company size and process specifics.

DIQCS reviews the application to verify completeness, eligibility and readiness. This helps ensure that the client’s operations fall within the defined certification scope.

Based on the application review, a detailed quotation is provided outlining audit timelines, certification fees and responsibilities of both parties.

Once the quotation is accepted, DIQCS coordinates with the client to schedule the audit. The audit plan includes auditor allocation, audit dates and specific areas of focus.

A qualified audit team conducts an on-site (or remote) audit to assess compliance against the selected standard (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485). This involves reviewing documents, processes and interviewing personnel.

Audit findings are submitted to an independent certification committee, which evaluates compliance and determines if the organization qualifies for certification.

If the audit is successful, DIQCS issues an official certificate valid for a specified term (typically three years), along with guidance on usage of certification marks.

Surveillance audits are conducted periodically (usually annually) to ensure continued compliance. Recertification is performed before expiry to renew the certificate.
